SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
AKA: How your stuff gets to you, and what happens if it sucks.
Shipping
We don’t like waiting, and we assume you don’t either. That’s why we try to ship all in-stock items within 3–5 business days. If it’s custom-branded or made-to-order, it might take a bit longer—but we’ll keep you in the loop and not ghost you.
Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout, based on your location and the speed you choose. Once your order hits the road, we’ll send you tracking info so you can stare at the screen and refresh it repeatedly like the rest of us.
Pro tip: Make sure your shipping address is correct before checking out. Typos happen, but if your package ends up in Boise instead of Boston… that’s on you, pal.
Returns & Refunds
We’re here to make good stuff and keep good people happy. If something arrives broken, wrong, or just plain awful—we’ll own it. Send us a note within 7 days of delivery and we’ll fix it, replace it, or give your money back. No drama.
BUT:
If your order was custom-made, branded just for you, or lovingly crafted with your logo—that’s all you. Custom items can’t be returned unless we messed up. Fair is fair. That's why we will work together to get it right the first time. Cool??
Non-custom stuff?
Sure! If it’s unused and returned within 14 days, we’re happy to take it back.
